Yesterday morning, Miss Watling had the pleasure of hosting a Principal’s breakfast for 9D who had won a Year Group challenge set by their Pastoral Team.

Miss Watling, Principal, was delighted to be invited by Mrs Ospina to listen to the presentations by our GCSE Citizenship students to Lisa Townsend, Police and Crime Commissioner.

Yesterday, we hosted the McLaren STEM DAY at Collingwood which was an incredible experience for our students.  As part of the day, McLaren had organised a competition where 50 selected Year 8 students took part in designing the next fastest future McLaren car.

Today (Wednesday 15 January) we welcomed three members of staff from McLaren's team (and a car!!), including James Collet (an ex-Collingwood student and now McLaren's Procurement Project Manager!).

Miss Watling hosted her Principal’s breakfast on Monday 16 December for the magnificent Collingwood College Choir who have gone from strength to strength this term.

Miss Watling was delighted to present our Christmas card winners with their prizes today.

It was great to host our first CCFA (Collingwood College Friends Association) event today and meet some of our Year 7 parents who were really positive about how their children had settled into Collingwood College and the quality of their experience to date.
